How to choose the size:
- Measure your nipple diameter before pumping session (DO NOT measure areola).
- Then add another 3-4mm to your nipple diameter to determine the Flexi insert size that you need.
- For example: if your nipple size is 15mm, you can purchase 18mm Flexi insert (15mm+3mm)
